Before You Start

Confirm Your Devices and Data Needs

Before starting setup, confirm which devices you plan to use with LrVPN. LrVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited devices. One account can be used across your personal devices, so you do not need a separate account for each computer or tablet. Later, import the subscription linked to the same account into each client and choose a route on each device.

Next, decide whether a monthly subscription or a data package suits you better. Monthly subscriptions reset data on the monthly renewal date: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data packages are deducted based on actual usage, remain valid permanently until used, and are available at ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. For steady monthly use, start by comparing monthly subscriptions; for irregular use, compare data packages.

This page keeps only the main path needed to establish a connection. After setup, read the Streaming Guides and Technical Notes for route types, streaming region behavior, and broader networking concepts. If you cannot find a button, an order status has not updated, or the connection fails, go to the Help Center and troubleshoot by issue.

Create an Account

Set a Username and Password

Open LrVPN’s account creation page, enter the name you plan to use long term, then set and confirm your password. No email address is required; your username and password are the credentials for the user panel. Before submitting, check that the username has no extra spaces and save your password securely. After client setup, plan management, subscription access, and support requests will still use this account.

After successful submission, the page will open the user panel or prompt you to log in. If you return to the login page, use the username and password you just created. Once logged in, check that the account overview and plan entry are visible. Seeing both means the account is ready and you can choose a plan. There is no need to look for a subscription URL yet, since the subscription section may be empty before an order is completed.

Open the account creation page. No email address is required.

Choose a Plan

Place an Order Based on Your Data Needs

In the Plans section of the user panel, first choose between a monthly subscription and a data package. Monthly data resets on the monthly renewal date and suits ongoing use; data packages never expire and suit irregular usage or users who want to control consumption themselves. Do not judge by the plan name alone. Check the price, included data, and billing method before proceeding to checkout.

Checkout supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Choose a payment method, follow the on-screen instructions, then return to your order or account overview to check the status. Before payment is confirmed, avoid repeatedly creating identical orders, as this can make it difficult to identify the order linked to your current plan. If the page still shows Processing, refresh the order status later. If it remains unchanged, check the Help Center for billing and order guidance.

When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. For your first choice, estimate your data needs based on typical usage rather than selecting a higher tier for occasional use. All current plans support unlimited devices, so device count is not a difference between tiers. The plans described here also include a 7-day money-back guarantee; see the Refund Policy for the application process.

Choose a Plan

Open the Plans and Checkout sections in the user panel.

Get Your Subscription

Copy the Subscription URL from the Account Overview

After the order status is confirmed, open the account overview in the user panel and find the subscription or connection configuration section. The page will provide the subscription URL for your account and may also list import options for different clients. Copy the URL and keep it temporarily in your device’s clipboard for the next step. The subscription URL is an account credential and should not be posted on public webpages, shared-chat screenshots, or shared documents.

The subscription URL lets the client read available routes and configuration. It is not a regular webpage address and does not need to be opened repeatedly in a browser. To show the format, the example below is intentionally invalid; it is not part of LrVPN and cannot connect. Get the actual URL from the signed-in user panel.

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

If the account overview shows your plan but the subscription section is still empty, refresh the page and reopen the overview first. Do not construct a URL yourself. If it still does not appear, keep your order information and visit the Help Center for account and subscription guidance. Once the subscription has been copied successfully, continue to the client import steps for your system.

Open the Account Overview

After logging in, check your current plan and subscription entry.

Import the Client

Load the Subscription on Each Platform

The client reads the subscription, displays routes, and establishes the connection. Windows, macOS, and Android users can get the LrVPN client from the download section of the user panel; on iOS, follow the panel instructions to obtain a client compatible with subscription imports. The marketing pages do not provide static installation packages because the download entry must show the correct content for the account and plan status. Open the download section, select your current system, complete the installation as instructed, then return here.

Get the Client

After logging in, choose the client entry for your system.

Windows

Windows: Import from Subscription Management

Download and install the Windows LrVPN client from the user panel. After launching it, find “Subscription Management,” “Add Subscription,” or “Import from URL.” Paste the full subscription URL copied from the account overview, give it an easy-to-recognize name, and confirm the import. Once the client finishes reading it, a region or route list should appear. If the list is empty, refresh the subscription instead of repeatedly creating the same entry.

Keep the client open once the routes appear, and do not change advanced network options immediately. Choose the region you plan to use, return to the main screen, and confirm that the current configuration points to the imported subscription. Handle Windows permission prompts according to the client’s installation flow. If the connect button is available and the route list is normal, the import stage is complete.

macOS

macOS: Confirm Permissions Before Importing

Get and install the macOS LrVPN client from the user panel. On first launch, macOS may ask you to approve network configuration permissions. Complete the approval in the system dialog, then open the client’s subscription or configuration section. Choose to add by link, paste the subscription URL, and save it. Refresh once after saving; the client should load the route names and show the available regions.

If nothing changes after you select Import, check whether spaces were added to the beginning or end of the URL, then copy the full content again. Do not paste the subscription URL into a search box or a single-route editor. The correct location is usually under a menu such as “Subscription,” “Remote Configuration,” or “Configuration Source.” Once the route list is visible, return to the client’s main screen to connect.

Android

Android: Add the Subscription in the LrVPN Client

Open the download section of the user panel, select Android, and get the LrVPN client. After installation, open the app and find the add-subscription entry in the home menu or configuration page. Choose import from link, paste the URL copied from the account overview, and confirm. Wait for the client to finish reading it, then open the route list to view the region names. If the system asks whether to allow a network connection to be created, confirm according to the system prompt when you are ready to connect.

Android devices may manage background activity differently. During initial setup, simply confirm that the app connects normally in the foreground; there is no need to adjust every system option first. If the connection drops after switching apps, check the Help Center’s connection and troubleshooting section for system settings guidance. A successful import is indicated by the appearance of the route list, not merely by seeing the subscription name.

iOS

iOS: Use a Compatible Client as Instructed in the Panel

Getting a client on iOS differs from desktop systems. First open the download section of the user panel and review the current iOS instructions, then use the App Store entry provided by the panel to obtain a client compatible with subscription imports. This page does not include a standalone store link, so it stays consistent with the user panel if the entry changes. After installation, look for options such as Add Subscription, Remote Configuration, or Import from Link.

Paste and save the subscription URL, then allow the client to add a network configuration when prompted by the system. Return to the route page and refresh to confirm that the region list has loaded. If the format is not recognized after pasting, return to the account overview and use the iOS-specific import method shown in the panel. Do not edit the subscription content manually. Once the routes appear normally, choose a region and return to the connection page.

Verify the Connection

Choose a Route and Check the Exit Region

After importing, choose a route matching the target service’s region from the client’s route list. For everyday browsing, start with a geographically nearby region. For platforms with region-specific content, choose a route matching the content region you need. Return to the main screen, start the connection, and wait until the client clearly shows Connected. Do not click repeatedly while the status is changing, as this may interrupt the connection process.

Once connected, open LrVPN’s My IP page and check whether the current exit region matches the selected route. A matching region confirms that the client configuration and route selection are working. Then open the website or app you plan to use and perform a real access test. If the IP region is correct but the target service still shows the original region, the cause may be app cache, account region, or the platform’s own rules. Check the Streaming Guide rather than creating another account.

If the exit region still shows your original network region, return to the client and confirm the connection status, then check that the selected route came from the subscription you just imported. Disconnect and reconnect once, then reopen the IP lookup page. The process is the same across devices: install the appropriate client, import the account subscription, choose a route, and verify it. Unlimited devices does not remove the need to complete the import process separately on each device.

Common Sticking Points

Check Only What Matters at the Current Step

If the client shows no routes, return to the subscription step first: confirm that the plan is active, the subscription URL came from the current account overview, and refresh it in the client. If routes are visible but a connection cannot be established, try another route in the same region and start the connection again. If you are connected and the exit region is correct but one website is inaccessible, test other websites to determine whether the issue affects one service or the current connection.

Order status, subscription refreshes, system permissions, and target-platform region rules are separate issues and should not be changed all at once. Change one condition at a time and verify the result after each change to avoid making the configuration increasingly complicated. When submitting a support ticket, record the system, selected region, status shown by the client, and troubleshooting steps already completed. Do not publicly share the subscription URL or password.

Detailed answers about orders, connections, speed, and billing are available in the Help Center. The Streaming Guide covers route types, region restrictions, and route selection for viewing. After completing this page, daily use only requires opening the client, choosing a route, connecting, and verifying; you do not need to import the subscription again each time.

Completion Checklist

Routes visible, connection status clear, exit region matches

Once these three conditions are met, the basic setup is complete. You can switch routes for different use cases afterward, while your account and plan remain managed in the user panel.
